中国传统医德的现代反思与借鉴

摘　　要：总结了以"仁"为核心思想的中国传统医德思想的内涵,阐述了中国传统医德形成的思想基础及其历史局限性,从个体行医与医学组织共同体、个人"德性"自律与组织规范他律、道德约束与法律规范、德性论与权利论、个体利益与社会利益、传统医学的"仁""术"不分与现代医学的"仁""术"分离六个方面,对中国传统医德呈现环境与现代医学职业精神建设环境的差异进行了分析。并以此为基础,对中国传统医德思想如何进行现代借鉴与转化进行了反思。This paper systematically summarized the connotations of Chinese traditional medical ethics whose core is charitableness and showed its theoretical foundation and historical limitations. Meanwhile, it analyzed the differences between the modern conception and Chinese traditional conception of medical professionalism in terms of comparisons of medical practice of individuals and medical mechanism, personal moral self-discipline and industry heteronomy system, morality and laws, tugendlehre and rights thesis, personal interests and social interests, and combination between divorce of charitableness and medical skills due to the changing times. Finally, it proposed the historical limitations, reference significance and transformation of Chinese traditional medical ethics.
