摘　　要：实验动物是科研的重要生物资源,为科学实验提供了可靠的保障。然而随着医学的发展,医学动物实验所引发的伦理冲突越来越多。通过各种类型的宣传活动及开设选修课在医学生中普及以3R理论(减少、替代和优化)为核心的生命伦理观,并在专业课授课过程中渗透该理论是培养医学人文精神的重要方式。同时,在动物实验教学中贯彻并坚持3R理论,让学生学会用3R理论,设计并执行实验,是解决动物实验与伦理道德矛盾,实现医学科学精神与人文精神相统一的重要方式。Experimental animals are important biological resources in scientific research ensuring its reliability and validity. However, with the development of medicine, there are an increasing number of ethical conflicts arising from animal experiments. This paper discussed an effective way to cultivate medical students humanistic spirits was to perform a variety of promotional activities and open elective courses to popularize 3R theory （reduction, replacement and refinement） which should be taken as the core of the life view. Meanwhile, we should permeate the theory in the teaching process, teach students to design and perform the experiments in compliance with 3R theory. This will be an important way of solving the controversial ethics issues of animal experiments and realizing the uniform between the medical scientific values and humanistic spirits.
