摘 要:研究了一种高可靠性,高基频及小延时晶体滤波器的设计方法。采用减少晶体元件和在滤波器的幅频曲线上引入衰耗峰的方法,同时实现了滤波器的小延时和小矩形系数等指标。为了保证滤波器的高可靠性,采用离子刻蚀工艺加工了高基频晶体谐振器,并对磁芯采用充磁处理,实现了滤波器的全密封结构。该滤波器的工作频率为70 MHz,3dB带宽为151.4kHz,带内波动小于0.5dB,通带内(69.95--70.05 MHz)的群延时波动小于3μs,矩形系数小于2.8。This paper presents a method to design a crystal filter which has the characteristics of high reliability, high fundamental frequency and small group delay In order to realize a small group delay and a small rectangular coefficient at the same time, a method to control the attenuation peak using fewer components than usual filter was adopted. Meanwhile, in order to achieve a high reliability, and ion etching technology was used to manufacture a high fundamental frequency crystal resonator. Magnetizing treatment was used to realize the completely sealed construction of the filter. The operation frequency of the filter was 70 MHz, 3 dB width-band was 151.4 kHz, the ripple in the pass band was less than 0.5 dB, the group delay was less than 3 bts between the frequency of 69.95 MHz and 70. 05 MHz, the rectangular coefficient was less than 2.8.
