摘　　要：目的动态调查驻渝官兵在高原野外驻训条件下口腔健康状况,为高原野外驻训官兵口腔疾病防治提供依据和指导。方法参照全军口腔健康调查方案和第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查的检查标准,对驻渝某部876名官兵在高原驻训前、高原驻训1、2个月的口腔常见疾病的发病率进行临床检查。结果龋病发病率在不同时间段无统计学差异(P>0.05),智齿冠周炎、牙龈牙周疾病、唇炎、口腔颌面部外伤的发病率较驻训前明显升高(P<0.05),且随驻训时间的延长而不断上升。结论高原野外驻训官兵口腔疾病发病率较平原地区明显升高,随高原驻训时间的延长呈高发趋势,应加强对高原野外驻训官兵口腔卫生保健的宣教,提高口腔健康医疗保障力度,降低口腔疾病的发病率。Objective To make a dynamic survey on the oral health of officers and soldiers stationed and trained at high altitude in order to provide basis and guidelines for prevention and treatment of oral diseases of the officers and soldiers. A clinical survey was made for the incidence of common oral diseases of 876 officers and soldiers in a troop stationed and trained in high altitude field from Chongqing according to the plan for survey on oral health in all army forces and inspection standards for the third national epidemiological survey on oral health, including the incidence before they entered and within one and two months after they had stationed and trained in high altitude field. The incidence of caries showed no significant difference among different stages （ P〉0.05）; the incidences of pericoronitis of wisdom tooth, gingival periodontal disease, cheilitis, oral and maxillofacial trauma were significantly higher than those before the training （P〈 0.05） and increased continuously with the training time. The incidence of oral disease of the officers and soldiers stationed and trained in high altitude field is significantly higher than that in plain area and increase continuously with the training time prolongation. Education on oral health should be enhanced among the officers and soldiers stationed and trained in high altitude field in order to improve the oral health and reduce the incidence of oral diseases.
