探讨CD71在铁缺乏贫血患者中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的检测CD71在缺铁性贫血患者红细胞膜上的表达,并探讨其应用价值。方法将研究对象分为4组:正常对照组、缺铁性贫血(IDA)组、慢性病贫血伴缺铁(CDID)组和慢性病贫血(ACD)组,运用流式细胞仪检测红细胞膜上CD71的表达;并检测其相关红细胞指标以及铁含量、不饱和铁结合力、总铁结合力、血清转铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度、转铁蛋白受体和血清铁蛋白。结果 IDA、CDID组红细胞膜CD71百分比和平均荧光强度,比正常对照组、ACD组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红细胞膜CD71可以作为慢性贫血伴缺铁,特别是IDA的辅助诊断指标。Objective To detect the expression of CD71 on erythrocyte membrane in patients with iron deficiency anemia,and to explore its value in laboratory diagnosis.Methods One hundred and forty-five samples were divided into four groups：healthy hontrol（HC）,iron deficiency anemia（IDA）,IDA-associated chronic diseases（IDACD）and anemia with chronic diseases（ACD）.The expression of CD71 on the erythrocytes membrane was detected with flow cytimetry,and the related RBC index,iron content,unsaturated iron binding capacity,total iron binding capacity,serum transferrin,transferrin saturation,serum iron transferrin receptor and serum ferritin were also analyzed.Results Compared to HC group and ACD group,the percentage of red blood cell membrane CD71 and the average fluorescence intensity were higher in IDA group and IDACD group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions CD71 expression on erythrocyte membrane could be used as a supporting diagnostic criterion for iron deficiency anemia associated with chronic diseases.
