甲状腺乳头状癌中KAI1的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨KAI1在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组化方法(SABC)分别检测58例甲状腺乳头状癌、30例甲状腺腺瘤和20例正常甲状腺组织中KAI1的表达。结果 KAI1在PTC中呈阳性或强阳性表达,甲状腺腺瘤中呈阳性或弱阳性表达,正常甲状腺组织中呈弱阳性或阴性表达,PTC中KAI1的表达显著高于甲状腺腺瘤和正常甲状腺组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。KAI1的表达在伴淋巴结转移PTC中显著低于无淋巴结转移的PTC,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论KAI1的异常表达可能在PTC的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of KAI1 in papillary thyroid cancer（PTC）. Methods The expressions of KAI1 in 58 cases PTC、30 cases thyroid adenoma and 20 cases normal thyroid tissue were detected by the immuno - histo-chemical method of SABC. Results KAI1 protein showed positive or strong positive in PTC,positive or weakly positive expression in thyroid adenoma,and negative or weak positive in normal thyroid tissue. The expression levels of KAI1 in PTC higher than that of thyroid adenoma and normal thyroid tissue,the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0. 01）. The expression levels of KAI1 in PTC with lymph node metastasis is significantly lower than that of PTC with non - lymph node metastasis（P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of KAI1 maybe play an important role in development process of PTC.
