摘  要:郭店简及告子等人所主张的"可善可恶"的二元人性论是孟子之前先秦人性论的主流,孟子、荀子分别主张"性善论"与"性恶论",二人在人性论内容方面截然相反,但在性质上却是一致的,都属于强制性的一元人性论系统。孟、荀建立在人性论基础上的治理理论各有优缺点,汉代董仲舒对孟、荀人性论及其治理理论进行了综合,重新提出了善恶并存的二元人性论,吸收了孟、荀人性论的优点,最终使儒学的社会治理理想得到实现。The dualistic theory of human nature in early Qin dynasty before Mencius’was the dominant theory of human nature,which was the viewpoint of philosophers like Guodian Chu Slips and Gaozi,it discussed about the thought that kind and evil humanity existing at the same time.Xunzi’s “theory of original evil of human nature”and Mencius’“theory of original goodness of human nature”are totally different on the respect of content but same in nature,both of the two theories belong to the system of monism of human nature.Governance theory based on the theory of human nature which proposed by Mencius and Xunzi have its advantages and disadvantages.In Han dynasty,philosopher Dong zhongshu made a comprehensive study on Mencius and Xunzi’s human nature theory,his new dualistic theory of human nature assimilated and integrated the strengths of Mencius and Xunzi and finally made the Confucian ideal of social governance come ture.
