益肾调督针法对脑卒中后抑郁患者的疗效评价及生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾调督针法治疗脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的疗效,评价益肾调督针法治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床价值。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的脑卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗组以益肾调督方法取穴,采取汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)(17项)和中医证候量表评定两种治疗方法的疗效,采用Barthel指数评分(ADL)评定患者生存质量的变化。结果:两组治疗后HAMD、中医证候量表评分及Barthel指数评分(ADL)与治疗前比较差异均有显著差异(P<0.05),提示经治疗,两组患者抑郁证候均明显改善;益肾调督针法对PSD患者ADL的改善明显(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾调督针法治疗脑卒中后抑郁症疗效确切,能全面改善患者的抑郁症状,改善患者的生存质量。Objective ： To observe the therapy of kidney - reinforcing and Du Meridian - regulating acupuncture of the post - stroke depression （PSD） ,and to evaluate the clinical value of kidney -reinforcing and Du Meridian -regulating acupuncture of PSD. Methods ： The 60 patients included in standard were randomly allocated to kidney - reinforcing and Du Meridian - regulating acupuncture and control group,30 in each. The therapy between kidney -reinforcing and Du Meridian -regulating acupuncture and control group was evaluated by the 17 -item Hamilton depression rating scale （HAMD） and Chinese medicine syndrome scale. The change of the patient＇s life quality was assessed by Barthel index score（ADL）. Results：A comparison of HAMD, Chi- nese medicine syndrome scale and Barthel index score（ADL） between pretreatment and postteatment had a significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, two groups＇ depressive symptoms were significantly improved. Kidney- reinforcing and Du Meridian - regulating acupuncture of PSD patients improved ADL significantly （P 〈 0.01 ） and the Kidney - reinforcing and Du Meridian - regulating acupuncture was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Kidney - reinforcing and Du Me- ridian -regulating acupuncture treatment for PSD has curative effect accurate. It can comprehensively improve the patient＇s de- pressive symptoms and improve the patient＇s life quality.
