摘　　要：尽管当下有些传统艺术曾经一度遭遇了现代边缘化,但以花鼓灯为代表的淮河流域民间歌舞艺术传承传播态势良好,这种局面是由玩灯人横向自然普及机制、花鼓灯传承培养推动机制以及相关文化部门文化策略机制等生态化综合因素促成。在建设生态文明社会的文化语境下,相关文化部门和群众文艺工作者应把握民间歌舞艺术的生态化规律和机制,并在文艺工作实践中予以不断地认知和完善,从而更好地服务于当地的公共文化艺术事业。Although some traditional art once encountered marginalized in the modern society, the inheritance and dissemination situation of Huaihe River area folk song and dance art are good, especially represented by Huagudeng. This kind of situation is contributed by ecological comprehensive factors, such as lantern players’ transverse natural spreading mechanism, Huagudeng ‘s inheriting culture promotion mechanism and creating strategy mechanism adopted by related cultural department. In the cultural context of construction of ecological civilization society, the cultural sector and the literary and art workers should grasp the ecological rule and mechanism of the folk song and dance art to cognize and perfect continuously in the practice of the art work, so as to better service to the local public cultural and arts courses.
