摘　　要：通过对第五届全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛试题内容进行总结，认为该竞赛内容丰富，试题紧密联系临床实际，不是单纯考查临床技能操作，其主要考查医学生分析临床问题的能力、临床动手能力、临床思维能力和综合素质。提出应该重视临床教学工作，在临床技能培训和临床医疗实习中发挥教师的重要作用，医学生也应该积极主动进行临床医疗实习，真正做到“以赛促改，以赛促学”。Through analyzing the content of the fifth clinical skills competition for medical students in medical colleges and universities, we concluded that the content was comprehensive and closely related to the clinical application. It examined clinical skills; furthermore, it investigated students＇ ability of analyzing problem, clinical practice, thinking and comprehensive quality. We should pay more attention to clinical teaching and let the teachers play important role in clinical skills training and clinical practice of interns. Likewise, medical students should be active and hard-working in clinical medical practice. Through the competition, each medical school can promote reform in ed- ucation and clinical skills learning.
