基于职业能力培养的财政学专业课程体系设置的比较研究——以湖北省内5所高校为例

摘  要:加强人才培养体系与社会需求的对接、提升毕业生职业能力是本科教育改革的重要命题,一般本科院校的财政学本科专业的人才培养应当主要面向企业,重点培养企业涉税业务处理能力。体现在课程体系设置上,财政学专业应当在坚持多学科知识背景的基础上,进一步加大税收模块课程和财务模块课程的开设力度,借助于模块化与综合性相结合的实训课程,促进学生税收业务处理能力与财务核算能力的融合,使学生既能适应事务性岗位的实践技能需求,又具备一定的创新能力。同时,在专业课程中加强对学生沟通能力和协作精神的引导和培育也有利于提升学生的岗位适应能力。Promoting the docking between personnel training system and social needs and enhancing the occupation ability of the graduates are important to the reform of undergraduate education, for public finance major in general undergraduate colleges, personnel training should be mainly oriented enterprises,focusing on the training of ability to deal with tax related business. Re- flected in the curriculum, we should further increase the numbers of tax and financial courses to promote the integration of students' tax business processing ability and accounting processing ability with multi subject knowledge background, so that students can not only adapt to the position's need for practical skills, but also have certain innovation ability. Furthermore, strengthen the training on students communication ability and team spirit are also help to promote students" ability to adapt to the post.
