不同科室护士职业紧张状况的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查不同科室护士的职业紧张现况与差异,为采取有效措施和提高护理工作质量提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式对来自安徽省、江苏省、上海市7所医院的1144名护士进行问卷调查。结果职业任务(ORQ)总均分从高到低的顺序为儿科、手术室与ICU、内科、门诊与急诊、外科、妇产科和其它科室的护士(P<0.05)。业务紧张反应(VS)得分从高到低的顺序为儿科、手术室与ICU、外科、内科、门诊与急诊、妇产科和其它科室的护士(P<0.05)。个体应对资源(PRQ)总均分从低到高的顺序为妇产科、儿科、手术室与ICU、内科、门诊与急诊、外科和其它科室的护士(P<0.05)。结论本调查结果显示,同为一所医院的儿科、手术室与ICU护士职业紧张明显,社会和医院管理者应给予重视,并采取相应的改进措施。Objective The aim of the study is to evaluate occupational stress of nurses among different department. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1144 nurses from seven hospitals in Anhui and Jiangsu Prov- ince, as well as Shanghai city to obtain relevant information. Results The overall means of QRQ showed a decrease trend for the nurses of pediatrics, operation room and ICU,internal medicine, outpatient and emergency, surgery, gynecology and other department （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The score of VS have a decrease trend with the following order： nurses of pediatrics, operation room and ICU, surgery,internal medicine, outpatient and emergency, gynecology and other department （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The overall means of PRQ showed an increasing trend in order of the nurses of gynecology, pediatrics, operation room and ICU, internal medicine, outpatient and emergency, surgery, and other department （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The findings of this study indicated that the nurses working in operating room or ICU de- partment in the same hospital undergo higher burden of occupational stress. Hence, society and hospital managers should pay attention for them and take the corresponding improvement measures.
