摘　　要：现代社会中功能性消化不良患者越来越多,从事高压力工作的人群患病率更高。笔者详细介绍了功能性消化不良的分类、致病因素、中西医治疗、心理治疗以及高压力人群患病情况等有关问题,以期更好地为开展功能性消化不良治疗研究提供参考。In modern society,there are more and more patients with functional dyspepsia（HD）,and subjected to much stress on the job could cause more incidence of this disease. In this paper authors state in detail those research such as the classification of FD,the pathogenic factors in FD,the therapy of TCM and Western medicine for FD,the psychotherapy on FD,and so on,so as to provide the reference for furture study.
