摘　　要：以皖西学院生物与制药工程学院生物工程综合实验室管理模式为研究对象,从提高已有实验室的利用程度的角度探索开放型实验室运行模式与管理制度。实践证明,新的运行模式和管理制度对提高已有资源的利用率,提高学生动手能力,培养创新思维和创新能力有着重要的意义。科学的管理制度是提高实验室利用率和发挥实验室功能的一种有效途径。Comprehensive laboratory management mode of the Biological and Pharmaceutical Engineering Department in West Anhui University as the experimental subject, open laboratory operation and management mode was explored from the angle of promoting the utilization level of present laboratory. It is proved that the new mode plays an important role in promoting utilization rate, improving students＂ practice ability, cultivating innovative thinking and capacity. Scientific management is an effective way of promoting the utilization rate and making full use the laboratory.
