摘 要:汽车电子控制系统的引入,在增加人们驾驶的舒适度、安全性以及稳定性的同时,也增加了汽车电子测试的复杂性,如何快速准确地对电子模块进行测试成为亟待解决的关键性问题。基于虚拟仪器的测试系统具有开发时间短、扩展性强及通用性好等优点,为汽车电子测试提供了一种可行性方案。测试系统硬件采用NI的PXI机箱、PXI板卡、信号调理板卡等,软件采用Lab VIEW开发,可完成对车身电子模块的自动化测试并生成测试报告。Automotive electronic control system not only increases the driving comfort, security and stability but also increases the complexity of automotive electronic test. How to test electronic module quickly and accurately has become a key problem to be solved. The test system based on virtual instrument has the advantages of short development time, high expansibility and universality, so it can provide a feasible scheme for the automotive electronic test. The hardware of this system is developed with the NI PXI chassis, PXI modular board, signal condition board, etc. Its software is developed on LabVIEW, which can automatically test the automotive electronic modules and generate the test report.
