精神病人集体艺术治疗的初步探讨

摘　　要：作者对17例住院精神病人开展了集体艺术治疗。经20次绘画技能训练,作业取得提高,并用BPRS量表前后对照,反映精神症状有所缓解。作者认为集体艺术治疗可能有利于促进精神病人的康复,值得进一步探索。17 psychiatric patients Were treated with group art thearapy which focused on painting skills training. During 20 sessions, the ability of painting had been developed such as design, blending of colours etc. The symptoms such as lack of initiative, anxiety/ depression and hostility/suspicion, which were evaluated with BPRS before and after experimentation, had been improved. The result indicated that group art therapy might be beneficial to promotion of the rehabilitation in psychiatric patients and worth further researching.
