摘　　要：目的:了解农村医患信任的状况及存在的问题,提出相关对策建议。方法:采用定性研究的方法,在北京市H区分层抽取3个乡镇,每个乡镇选取4个村,进行实地观察和个人深入访谈。结果:村民与村医间的信任关系总体良好,村民与村医的特殊人际关系和沟通方式以及他们对村医诊疗水平和服务内容的准确判断是农村良好医患信任形成的重要因素,但村民不断上升的健康诉求、村卫生室工作重心的转移、村医工作积极性下降等给农村医患信任带来了一些消极影响。结论:应充分利用农村医患关系的特殊优势,提高政府及卫生部门支持力度,提高村医的技术水平及患者的配合度。只有医患双方都承担起各自的责任和义务,才有利于增强对彼此的信任。Objective：To understand the cause of rural doctor-patient trust and existing problems, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Methods：It used mainly qualitative research methods in the area of Beijing H stratified sampling three townships;each township selected four villages, conducted field observations and personal in-depth interviews. Results：In general, the trust relationship between villagers and village doctor is good, their exceptional interpersonal and the accurate judgment of village doctors＆#39; diagnosis and treatment level and service content are important factors in the formation of good rural doctor-patient trust. But the rising health requirements of villagers, the focus of village health work shift, village doctors working enthusiasm bring about many negative impacts on rural doctor-patient trust. Conclusion：Make full use of the special advantages of the doctor-patient relationship in rural areas, and improve the government and the health sector＆#39;s support, improve the village doctor medical level and patients＆#39; compliance. The path to enhance the trust between doctors and patients starts with commitment and per-sonal responsibility.
