清肠安神方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察清肠安神方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将97例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组47例奥替溴铵,40mg/次,3次/d。治疗组50例清肠安神方(败酱草30g,马齿苋20g,藿香、白扁豆各10g,乌梅肉15g,白芍20g,甘草5g,夜交藤30g,合欢皮、佛手各10g,百合20g;腹痛明显加延胡索、红藤;腹胀明显加槟榔、枳实、大腹皮;食欲不振加鸡内金、神曲;滑脱不禁加诃子、补骨脂;抑郁寡欢加香附、佛手、玫瑰花),1剂/d,水煎150m L,早晚口服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状体征积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈6例,显效36例,有效2例,无效6例,总有效率88.00%。对照组痊愈3例,显效25例,有效5例,无效14例,总有效率70.21%。治疗组与对照组疗效显著(P<0.05)。症状、体征积分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]清肠安神方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the nerves Treatment bowel diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. [Methods] 97 cases of outpatient and inpatient were simply and randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment order number with the random parallel control method. 47 cases in the control group otilonium bromide, 40mg/time, 3 times/d. Treated 50 cases of bowel sedative side（Baijingcao 30 g, Machixian 20 g, Huoxiang,Baibiandou each 10 g, Wumeirou 15 g, Baishao 20 g, Gancao 5g, Yejiaoteng 30 g, Hehuanpi,Foushou 10 g, Baihe 20g; abdominal pain and significantly increases Yanhusuo,Hongteng; abdominal distension plus Binglan,Zhishi,Dafupi; loss of appetite plus Jineijin,Shenqu; slip can not help adding Kezi,Buguzhi; melancholy plus Xiangfu,Foushou,Meiguihua）, a / d, decoction 150 m L.28 d for a course of continuous treatment. The clinical symptoms, symptom score and adverse reactions were evaluated. A course of treatment determined the efficacy. [Results] The cure six cases, effective in 37 cases, 2 cases, 5 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 86.0%. Recovered three cases in the control group, effective in 33 cases, 5 cases, 6 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 76.6%. The total efficacy was similar. Symptoms and signs were improved in both groups（P〈0.05）, the treatment group superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Treatment sedative bowel diarrheapredominant irritable bowel syndrome satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
