摘　　要：[目的]观察蒲元和胃胶囊治疗消化性溃疡合并消化道出血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将101例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例雷贝拉唑,30mg/次,1次/d;幽门不全梗阻且伴水电解质平衡紊乱,禁食、输液及纠正治疗;上消化道出血配止血药。治疗组51例蒲元和胃胶囊,1g/d,3次/d,饭后30min温服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡面积、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,显效22例,有效1例,无效2例,总有效率96.08%。对照组痊愈20例,显效18例,有效4例,无效8例,总有效率84.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]蒲元和胃胶囊治疗消化性溃疡合并消化道出血疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the Pu Yuan capsule treatment of peptic ulcer and stomach with gastrointestinal hemorrhage. [Methods]Randomized parallel-group method using the 101 cases of outpatient and inpatient law simply by flipping a coin randomly divided into two groups. Rabeprazole 50 cases in the control group, 30mg/time, 1 times/d. Treated 51 cases of Pu Yuan and stomach capsules, 1g/d, 3 times/d. Observation of clinical symptoms, ulcer area, adverse reactions. 28 d for a course of continuous treatment. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure 26 cases, effective in 22 cases, effective 1 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.08%. Cured 20 cases in the control group, 18 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 84.00%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Pu Yuan capsule treatment of peptic ulcer and stomach satisfied with gastrointestinal hemorrhage, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
