益气活血汤联合甘利欣治疗酒精性肝硬化内毒素血症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气活血汤联合甘利欣治疗酒精性肝硬化内毒素血症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将124例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组62例甘利欣,150mg/次,3次/d。治疗组62例益气活血汤(太子参15g,生黄芪30g,丹参25g,蒲公英12g,金银花10g,赤芍15g),水煎至400m L,1剂/d,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、ET水平、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效22例,有效38例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。对照组显效16例,有效33例,无效13例,总有效率79.03%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。相关指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气活血汤联合甘利欣治疗酒精性肝硬化内毒素血症疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Yiqi Huoxue Soup combined with Western treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis endotoxemia effect. [Methods] randomized, parallel controlled method, 124 cases of outpatient and inpatient law simply by flipping a coin randomly divided into two groups. Ganlixin control group of 62 patients, 150mg/time, 3 times/d. Treatment group of 62 patients Yiqi（Taizishen 15 g, Shenghuangqi 30 g, Danshen 25 g, Pugongying 12 g, Jinyinhua 10 g, Chishao15g）, decoction to 400 m L, 1/d, sooner or later orally; western medicine with the control group. 28 d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, symptom score, ET level of adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The treatment group 22 cases, effective in 38 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.67%. The control group 16 cases markedly effective in 33 cases, 13 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 79-03%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0-01）. Related indicators improved in both groups（P〈0.05）, the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Yiqi Huoxue Soup combined with Western treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis endotoxemia results were satisfactory, no side effects, worthy of promotion.
