马钱子减毒增效方法

摘　　要：马钱子减毒增效主要方法有炮制:砂烫、清炒、爆压、烘烤、微波、麻黄、阳江九制、大米砂炒、绿豆煮、醋泡等;配伍中药也有减毒增效作用,如配伍地黄、甘草、白芍、赤芍、肉桂、桂枝、地龙、洋金花等;其他方法有超细粉体技术、马钱子碱脂质体、马钱子总生物碱隐形脂质体、双向发酵法、脱毒试验、优化总生物碱、碱免疫纳米微粒等;无论采用何种方法降低毒性及增强疗效,都伴随有化学成分的改变,尤其是含量较高的生物碱类成分士的宁和马钱子碱;研究主要针对降低主要毒性成分士的宁和马钱子碱含量,尤其是士的宁,对其它成分研究相对较少;未来期待加强减毒后毒理学研究,重视毒效相关性,利用现代科技和手段积极探索新方法,重视临床有长期应用基础的方法,尤其是对临床有较长应用历史,较为安全有效方法进行深入研究。Main method of attenuated synergistic of nux vomica have processing, Compatibility and other methods. Processing have sand scalding, stir-fried,detonation pressure,baking,microwave,ephedra,Yangjiang Jiuzhi fry,mung beans boiling, rice and sand frying,soakingwith vinegar, etc..Compatibility of Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） has attenuated synergistic effect also, such as compatibility of rehmanniae radix,glycyrrhixae radix, paeoniae radix alba,paeoniae radix rubra, cinnamomi cortex,cinnamomi ramulus, pherettma, daturae flos,etc..Other methods have superfine powder technology, brucine liposomes, nux vomica total alkaloid stealth liposomes, bi-directional fermentation,virus elimination teat, optimization total alkaloid, alkali immune nanoparticles, etc.. No matter what method were adopted to decrease the toxicity and enhance the curtive effect, all accompanied the change of the chemical composition, especially the change of alkaloids content of strychnine and brucine.Research is aimed at reducing the content of main toxic components as strychnine and brucine, and relatively few studies of other components. In future, looking forward to strengthen the attenuated toxicology studies, especially the toxic effect correlation, actively explore new ways by using modern science and technology,to pay attention to the method based on clinical application, especially for clinical application has long history, relatively safe and effective method to further research.
