摘　　要：本文探讨商务英语学科理论构建过程的一些关键性要素,旨在厘清相关术语与概念,包括商务语言、商务语言学与商务英语语言学、商务英语与专门用途英语,等等。它们之间存在区别,研究的领域也有差异,研究的对象完全不同,各自的涵盖面也不一样。因此,商务英语学科的理论支撑是商务英语语言学,文章试图定义商务英语语言学,并确定研究的范畴与对象等。The paper explores some important elements concerning Business English Linguistics in the course of construction of Business English discipline theory.We must differentiate some terms and conceptions such as the differences between business language,business linguistics and Business English Linguistics,Business English and ESP,and the like.They are quite different in the fields of research target and the range.Therefore,the theoretical foundation for the Business English discipline should be Business English Linguistics,trying to define it and make its research cover and its object.
