摘　　要：6.26是一个让A股投资者精神不正常的日子。沪指创7年最大单日跌幅,两市2000只股票跌停。谁都知道A股具有癫狂症的特质,2014年A股以超50%的涨幅成为全球股市的王者,而今年1-5月其涨幅就近40%。＂6.26＂屠杀后,股民们像丢了魂儿一样,喃喃地说：＂没有吃过人的股市,或者还有？救救A股吧……＂事实上,进入6月以后,A股大幅调整的迹象已非常明显。Every time China's A-share market experiences a huge shift,the government will step in to take care of Variable Interest Entity(VIE)companies.Even Chinese companies about to or that have already entered the US stock exchange feel that there are plenty of opportunities in the A-share market as the benefits of reform are still being felt and the current aggregate liquidity surplus indicates that a bull market is on the way.With these factors in mind,Chinese concept stock and VIE companies are breaking from their red chip structures and Wall Street to return to the A-share market.
