LASIK矫正近视合并中高度散光64例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)矫正近视合并中高度散光的治疗效果。方法应用日本尼德克EC—5 000 CXII准分子激光系统对64例109只眼近视合并中高度散光进行LASIK手术治疗,随访12~24个月,观察术后视力,屈光度,散光的变化。结果术后随访24个月,裸眼视力大于等于术前最佳矫正视力105眼(96%),屈光度在-0.25D^+1.50D,散光残留在-1.50D以内。结论 LASIK矫正近视合并中高度散光效果好,稳定性高,安全可靠。Objective To discuss the effect of LASIK for treatment of myopia with moderate and higher astigmatism. Methods 64 cases（ 109 eyes） with myopia with moderate and higher astigmatism were treated by NIDEK EC-500OCXII exci- mer laser system. All cases were followed up for 12 -24months. The changes of perioperative acuity of vision,refraction,astig- matism were observed during each visit. Results 24 months after surgery, the naked vision of 105 eyes were better than the best corrected visual acuity,accounting for 96%. Refraction ranged from -0.25D to ＋ 1.50D and the residual astigmatism was within - 1.50D. Conclusion LASIK is an effective and safe method for the treatment of myopia with moderate and higher astigmatism.
