摘　　要：以美国I级铁路公司中上市的4家铁路公司——联合太平洋铁路公司、北伯灵顿圣太菲铁路公司、切西滨海铁路公司和诺福克南方铁路公司为研究对象,建立铁路公司运营综合评价体系,从运营效率、经营效益和综合能耗3个维度入手,通过经营指标分析美国铁路公司经营状况,为我国铁路在优化运输组织模式、合理运用财务杠杆、有效利用机车效率等方面提供借鉴,从而提高运营效率,提升运营管理水平。Taking 4 listed railway companies in American I-level railway companies, the Union Pacific Company, BNSF, CSXT and Norfolk Southern Railway （NS） as study objects, the comprehensive evaluation system of railway company＇s operation was established. Starting from 3 dimensions like operation efficiency, operation benefits and comprehensive energy consumption, according to the operation indices, this paper analyzes .the operation status of American railway companies, which provides references for Chinese railways on the aspects of optimizing transport organization mode, reasonably using financial ieverage and availably utilizing locomotive efficiency, thereby to increase operation efficiency and improve operation management level.
