“特色化”是体育期刊发展的可持续动力——以《中国体育教练员》为例

摘　　要：对国内唯一一本为广大体育教练员服务的体育科技期刊——《中国体育教练员》杂志的特色化发展之路进行分析发现:明确刊物的读者、作者和内容定位是基础,打造《专家论坛》《张博士心理咨询室》等特色栏目是关键,聚焦"竞技体育热点""优秀教练员""科学训练知识与方法"等报道重点是核心。This paper analyzes the road of development with domestic characteristics of the only sports science and technology journal serving the majority of sports coaches -- Chinese Sports Coaches. It is found that clearly positioning readers, authors and content is the basis of the journal, featured columns such as ＂ Experts Forum＂ and ＂ Dr. Zhang＇s Psychological Counseling Room＂ are the key for the journal, and focusing on reports like ＂ hotspots in competitive sports＂, ＂ outstanding coaches＂ and ＂ knowledge and methods of scientific training＂ is the core.
