摘  要:采用一种通过预聚物法制备的包覆改性纳米炭黑水性色浆(WCB),按照不同的质量比与水性聚氨酯(PU)共混成膜,测定了涂膜的色度色差、接触角和力学性能。结果表明,当m(PU)∶m(WCB)质量比为7∶3时,涂膜的综合性能最佳。随后,采用优选的质量比进行皮革涂饰,测定了皮革涂层的接触角、耐折牢度和耐磨性能等,表明应用改性纳米炭黑水性色浆的皮革涂层的性能均优于商品无酪颜料膏。A kind of modified nano-carbon black waterborne colorant paste (WCB) was prepared via en- capsulation with pre-polymer method. And then the as-prepared colorant paste and a commercial pigment paste were blended with waterborne polyurethane (PU) at different mass concentration ratios respectively. The colorimetric/chromatic value, contact angle and mechanica| properties were characterized. The results showed that the coating films exhibited excellent properties when the ratio of m (PU): m (WCB) was 7:3. Subsequently, this suitable ratio was performed for leather finishing in order to determine the contact an- gle, flexing resistance and abrasion resistance of the prepared leather coat. The obtained results indicated that the leather coat using WCB colorant paste exhibited much better physicochemical properties than that utilizing commercial pigment paste.
