摘　　要：干部人事档案的整理是整个干部人事档案工作的重要组成部分,特别是近几年从中央到地方对干部人事档案的要求和重视度越来越高,这样就需要从整理的基层抓起,一步步认真审核,才能起到档案的真正利用效果。Consolidation of cadre personnel archives is an important part of the personnel files of cadres work, especially in the last few years, from central to local requirements for the personnel files of cadres and the degree of importance more and more high, so you need to start from the grass-roots level arrangement, step by step, carefully review, in order to play a real effect of archives utilization.
