摘　　要：西南联大哲学心理学系心理学组是抗战时期保持健全设置的心理学系科之一,从师资力量到学生培养,从心理学实验室、心理学会的创建到心理学应用性实践的开拓,都反映着以周先庚为负责人的心理学组师生基础性研究和实用性研究并重的特点,尤其是军事心理学、心理服务社以及青年问题顾问处方面的工作,都具有开创性意义。The Department of Psychology was one of the systematically maintained departments at National Southwestern Associated University during the period of the Second Sino-Japanese War. Its faculty team, student training program,establishment of research laboratory and academic association,as well as application of psychological knowledge,reflected the department＆#39;s dual emphasis on basic and applied researches under the directorship of Siegen K. Chou. Especially,the practices of military psychology,psychological counseling and youth advising played a pioneering role in Chinese psychology.
