摘　　要：本文基于中国科技数据,利用面板数据模型对企业技术创新中的政府科技投入影响效应进行实证研究。文章分析了政府工业与公共研发投入、企业内部与外部研发投入等基本因素,提出理论假设,构建产业-时期面板数据模型并进行验证。结果表明,吸收政府工业研发投入和政府公共研发投入分别对企业研发投入和内部研发投入具有直接激励效应,对企业新产品收入分别具有综合和间接促进效应;企业内部研发投入具有关键中介效应。Based on the panel data of China,this paper studies the effect of government S＆T investment on enterprises’ technological innovation.First,the basic factors of government ’s industrial R＆aD and public R＆aD, enterprises’internal R＆D and external R＆D,etc.are analyzed,and the theoretical assumptions are proposed.Then the industry-period panel data models are built,and the assumptions are verified.The results show that the absorption of government’s industrial R＆D investment and that of the government’s public R＆amp;D investment respectively have a direct incentive effect on enterprises’R＆D and internal R＆amp;D,and respectively have a comprehensive and indirect promotion effect on the new product revenues of enterprise,while enterprises’internal R＆D plays a key mediating effect.
