摘　　要：本文引入贡献率、投入比率、风险承担率以及谈判力强度等影响因素,分别对高技术产业技术创新联盟有形利益和无形利益分配进行研究,建立了基于AHP-GEM的综合有形利益分配模型、无形利益Nash谈判模型及其推广模型,使利益分配更加科学合理,并以TD产业联盟为例进行分析,验证模型的可行性。This paper introduces the contribution rate,investment ratio,risk exposure rate and the intensity of bargaining power to study the tangible interests and intangible interests distribution of technology innovation alliance respectively.It also establishes a comprehensive tangible interests distribution model based on AHP-GEM,intangible interests Nash negotiation model and its extension model,which makes interests distribution more reasonable.It turns out to be feasible for an analysis of TD industry alliance.
