声频法鉴别硬币真伪的实验方法与装置设计

摘  要:提出了声频法鉴别硬币,并基于此设计了检测装置。采用超声波换能器激励硬币受迫振动,通过声波探头采集音频信号,利用基于Lab VIEW的音频分析软件分析硬币固有频率,与真币固有频率数据比对,采集到固有频率符合真币固有频率为真币,反之为假币。真币固有频率数据的确定方法是,通过收集大量真币固有频率,对数据进行高斯拟合获得固有频率分布范围。Current method for coin discrimination is complex, test cost is high, and the discrimination of high imitation coin is difficult. A novel method using sound-frequency to discriminate coin is developed. The detection equipment is designed, and experimental study is carried out based on this method. Coin is oscillated by ultrasonic transducer, and the audio signal generated from coin is collected by sonic probe. The signal is analyzed by software developed in LabVIEW to locate the natural frequency, and the discrimination is achieved by comparing natural frequency with data base. The detection equipment is proved to be highly efficient in coin discrimination, and has a bright application future.
