摘　　要：从加强校企合作,主动吸纳企业技术专家参与制定人才培养方案和构建专业课程体系、参与实践教学过程,通过整合优化校内药学实验室、加强校外生产实习基地的规范建设、设计多种模式的实习模块组合来最大程度满足学生的实习要求及举办多项与就业相关的知识与技能来引导和促进学生自主学习等措施深化教学改革,构建多角度、多层面的"多维药学实践教学体系",从而实现提高药学大学生创新能力和就业竞争力。From viewpoint of enhancing university-enterprise cooperation, this paper actively absorbs technical experts of enterprises to participate in the talent training scheme, construction of curriculum system, and practical teaching process. Through the integrated optimization of pharmaceutical laboratory on campus, we propose to strengthen the construction of the specification of off-campus practice bases, design practice module combination of different models to greatly satisfy the requirement of the student internship and conduct various employment related knowledge and skills. These measures can guide and promote students＇autonomous learning, deepen educational reform, build the multi-angle, muhifaceted ＂ multidimensional medicine practice teaching system＂. It is proved the reform improves pharmaceutical college students＂ innovative ability and the employment competitiveness.
