摘  要:针对工科类地方应用型普通高等院校的校企合作实践培养环节,基于嘉兴学院电气专业校外实习基地平台建设状况,分析了大学生校外实习基地实践环节存在的问题,提出基地在大学生实践培养环节中的定位和深度合作的长效机制。研究了企业生产线和实践平台的双重作用,提出多层面、跨专业综合实践基地可持续发展的建设思路。完善运行机制,形成企业深度参与电气专业实践教学环节的管理和质量监控体系,包括质量监控、考核评价办法等,最终形成一整套有效提升学生实践和创新能力的运行模式。According to the practice training for school-enterprise cooperation of engineering and local application of ordinary colleges and universities, and based on the construction status of the practice base platform which is outside of school of Electrical Engineering of Jiaxing University, the existing problems existed in students taking part in the practice training on the practice base are analyzed, and a long-term deep collaboration mechanism is put forward for the base position training in students practice. Then the dual function is studied for enterprise production line and practice base The thoughts are proposed to construct the sustainable development of the practice base which is multi-level, multi- disciplinary and comprehensive. By improving the operation mechanism, it forms a management and quality control system in which the enterprises are deeply involved in practical teaching link of electrical engineering, including the quality monitoring, evaluation methods and so on. And, a set of running modes are formed to improve the students" ability of practical and innovation effectively.
