摘　　要：专业实验室是高校实验室重要组成部分,在提高专业实验教学质量,加强学生能力培养等方面起着举足轻重的作用。现以建设腐蚀与防护专业实验室为案例,探讨开放式专业实验室建设并进行相应实践分析,阐述了开放式专业实验室在实践教学过程中针对不同实际情况所采取的分层次开放模式,提出基础实验指导式、专业实验分散式、创新项目自由式开放及适度对外开放,鼓励学生创新和实验室与企业双赢,并论述了实验室建设中所面临的专职实验技术队伍建立与完善以及信息化管理实验室开放平台等关键问题及其解决方案和途径。In view of the present problems of college laboratory construction that theory teaching outweighs experiment teaching, the experimental classes focus on basic verification and lack of comprehensive operation, laboratory resource allocation is in lack of coordination, the experiment teaching reform consciousness and modern experimental technique applying ability of the experiment technical group cannot keep up with the need of specialized laboratory construction, etc. , this paper takes the establishment of corrosion and protection specialized laboratory as an example, the open construction of specialized laboratory are practically discussed and analyzed. This paper also provides some open models at different levels for different practicable laboratory conditions during the elaborated practical teaching process. It contains instructive model for basic experiment, distributed model for professional experiment, free model for innovative program which should properly open up towards enterprises, encourage students＇ innovation, and it achieves win-win of laboratory and enterprise. Finally, these practical problems such as the establishment and improvement of professional experimental teams and the informatization opening platform of laboratory management and so on, are regarded as key issues, and corresponding approaches are given for the construction of specialized laboratory. Actual practice indicates that these countermeasures are effective in improvement of quality of scientific research and cultivation of students＇ innovative spirit and practical ability.
