摘　　要：随着信息系统逐渐列装部队,基于信息系统的体系作战已成为部队在信息化条件下的主要作战方式。结合党在新形势下的强军目标以及我院的教学训练改革实践,基于信息系统的模拟训练实验室建设必须以强军目标为统领,深刻理解强军目标的科学内涵,理清建设思路;同时,应严格遵循部队训练需求和实战要求,明确建设的具体目标。此外,还应积极依托现代技术手段,努力构建实战化环境仿真系统、集成化训练信息系统、一体化训练网络系统和标准化条件建设体系,全面推动基于信息系统的模拟训练实验室建设向更高层次发展。Nowadays, information system have equipped accordingly, since system fight based on information system has been the main fight form of army in information era. Following instruction of Chairman Xi of strengthening military target in the new period, and connecting our teaching and training reform, the paper points out that the simulation training of laboratory information system must be based on stronger military ability as a guide, fully understand the scientific connotation of strengthening military target, straighten the train of thought of construction. At the same time, the design must follow strictly the demands of training and fight, make clear specific goals in construction. In addition, with the help of modern technique and means, we should make great efforts to build the construction of the actual combat simulation system ,integrated training information system. We should enhance standardized construction of the system to promote the level of simulation laboratory construction based on information system.
