摘　　要：基于公共服务平台研究房产信息系统的实现方法和关键技术,构建房产信息专题数据库,采用数据集成和关联、REST服务接口和服务混搭等技术设计并开发房产信息系统,重点实现了房屋买卖、租赁信息查询、周边基础设施统计、选房工具等服务功能。系统作为辽宁省多个城市地理空间框架建设项目中的示范应用,取得了良好的效果。Implementation method and key technologies of real estate information system construction based on public service platform were researched in this paper. At first, real estate information thematic database was build. And then, data integration, associated, REST service interface and Mashup were used to design and develop the real estate information system. Finally, building business, lease information query, surrounding infrastructure statistics and choose room tools service functions were focused to achieve. The researched system as demonstration application of multiple city geographic space frame construction projects in Liaoning Province has achieved good results.
