摘　　要：社会主义协商民主理论逐步成长趋向成熟,社会主义协商民主实践广泛、多层、制度化发展,推进了社会主义协商民主制度生成,实现了理论与实践的"融合"。"辩证融合"成为当代中国社会主义协商民主发展的新趋势。中国特色社会主义制度体系是实现这种"辩证融合"的制度基础。Socialist deliberative democracy theory become mature gradually, the practice of deliberative democracy extensive multi -storey institutionalization development, promotes the socialist deliberative democracy system, and realizes the integration of theory with practice. “Dialectical integration”has become the new trend of socialist deliberative democracy development in China. Dialectical integration is based on the socialist system.
