大连水产品出口现状、问题与对策研究

摘　　要：在新一轮东北振兴的背景下,大连作为沿海经济带的龙头,如何通过发展海洋经济,建设渔业生产基地,建立水产品国际贸易中心,从而提高水产品出口的竞争力,为辽宁经济的新一轮振兴做出贡献是一个关键和值得研究的问题。目前,大连水产品出口贸易已具有相当规模,然而近年来,水产品出口贸易发展遇到了贸易环境恶化、出口市场过度集中和水产品生产技术滞后等诸多阻碍。这些问题不解决,其水产品出口就不会有大的提高,就难以持续发展,因此,对于大连水产品出口问题的研究有重要的现实意义。Playing a leading role in coastal economic belt, Dalian made some contributions to economic revitalization of Northeastern China, and it is worthwhile to do a research on how Dalian develops its coastal economic belt, builds its fishery base, and establishes international trade center for aquatic products to raise its competitiveness in export. As a result, Dalian is comparatively strong in its export of aquatic products, but it still has some problems in the export of aquatic products due to the worsening trade environment, over-concentration of export markets and the lower technology in producing aquatic products. So, it is realistic to do a research on the sustainable development of aquatic product export in Dalian.
