摘 要:设计了一种动力设备双层ISD隔振系统,推导了双层ISD隔振系统的机械导纳和传递率计算公式,探讨了惯容器对双层ISD隔振系统固有频率及振幅比的影响。研究结果表明,在上层或者下层安装惯容器,可降低双层振动系统垂向的固有频率,减小两个固有频率之间的间距,降低自由振动的振幅比;在下层安装惯容器,则相当于增加了中间质量的参振质量,可改善双层隔振系统的隔振性能,或者在保持原有隔振效果的基础上有效减少中间质量,这可解决双层隔振系统的中间质量较大带来的弊端,从而实现双层隔振系统的轻量化设计。研究结果有利于惯容器在舰船双层隔振中的工程应用。A kind of two-stage vibration isolation system for power equipment is designed, mechanical admittance and transmissibility formula of two-stage vibration isolation system are brought forward, and the effect of inerter on two- stage vibration isolation system is also discussed. The test results show that with the installation of inter device either in the upper layer or the lower layer, the natural frequency in vertical direction decreases, as well as the space between the two adjacent natural frequencies and the free vibration amplitude ratio. When inerter device is installed in the lower layer, it could be considered to increase intermediate mass which would improve vibration isolation performance of two- stage vibration isolation system. In other words, inerter device installed in the lower layer could maintain the vibration isolation performance of two-stage vibration isolation system with less intermediate mass. Therefore, the disadvantage of great intermediate mass could be solved which would make it possible for the lightweight design of two-stage vibration isolation system. Research results in this paper would be conducive to the application of inerter on two-stage vibration isolation both in ships and warships.
