摘  要:为考核评估本质安全型操作箱用于悬臂式掘进机的抗振动能力,在国家工程实验室采用振动试验台模拟掘进机实际工况对其进行正弦扫频振动试验,试验监测并记录了操作箱在不同轴向不同振动点的振动数据及故障现象,并结合试验数据及现象,研究分析引起操作箱故障的主要因素和潜在破坏性共振点。为降低操作箱用于悬臂式掘进机的故障率,提高可靠性,针对故障原因及破坏性共振点,从操作箱耐振、抗共振方面对其进行了优化改进设计,改进后的操作箱又进行了可靠性试验及工业性试验。试验结果表明:改进后的操作箱用于悬臂式掘进机性能可靠、运行稳定。For the assessment of the ability of anti-vibration about intrinsically safe operation box for roadheader, with the vibration test bench imitating the actual operating condition of roadheader, the sine sweep vibration test was carried out on the operation box in the National Engineering Laboratory. The test monitored and recorded the vibration data and the fault phenomenon of the operation box in different axial and different vibration. Combining with the experimental data and phenomenon, major factors causing the operation box fault were obtained and the destructive potential of resonance point was resulted after the analysis. In order to reduce the failure rate and improve the reliability of comprehensive operation box for roadheader, aiming at the fault reason and destructive resonance point, it was optimized and designed from the sides of operation box vibration resistant, anti-resonance etc. The improved operation box has been passed the reliability test and industrial test. The test results show that the improved operation box for roadheader has reliable performance and stable operation.
