摘 要:由于井下巷道十分狭窄,梭车用电缆随时有可能被井壁或支护物挂伤,同时受电缆卷筒容量和梭车运行距离的制约,电缆的外形尺寸也受严格的限制,故研制出一种适用于煤矿梭车的专用橡套软电缆,重点分析了煤矿井下梭车专用橡套软电缆的结构、材料以及主要试验方法。国内部分电缆生产厂按此新结构生产的煤矿梭车专用橡套软电缆已在井下得到应用,并取得了良好的效果。Because the tunnel at underground mine is very narrow, the cable of the shuttle car may be damaged or broken by the wall or supporting units at anytime. And the shape size of the cable is also be strictly limited by the restriction of the reel capacity and the traveling distance of shuttle car. Proposes the newly flexible rubber cable for mining shuttle car, and analyzes the structure, materials and main test methods of the flexible rubber cable. There are some part of the domestic cable manufacture factory that do not use the flexible rubber cable to manufacture the mining shuttle car based on the new structure, and also gains good effect after application at underground mine.
