摘　　要：热转移印刷是一项新兴的印刷工艺,由国外传入不过10多年的时间。该工艺印刷方式分为转印膜印和转印加工两大部分,转印膜印刷采用网点印刷,将图案预先印在薄膜表面,印刷的图案层次丰富、色彩鲜艳,千变万化,色差小,再现性好,能达到设计图案者的要求效果,并且适合大批量生产。针对热转移印刷的工艺特点、功能及应用领域,论述了热转移印刷技术的分类及工作原理,介绍了标签热转移印刷的技术类型和使用方法,研究了标签热转移印刷技术的注意要点,提出了标签热转移印刷技术的应用。thermal transfer printing is a new printing process, introduced from abroad but more than 10 years of time. The process of printing way printing and transfer printing film processing divides into two parts, printing using network printing, printing film pattern will be printed on thin film surface in advance, printing the design level of rich, colourful, go, small chromatism, good reproducibility, can meet the requirements of design patterns is effect, and is suitable for mass production. For thermal transfer printing technology characteristics, functions and application field, this paper discusses the working principle and classification of thermal transfer printing technology, introduces the type label of thermal transfer printing technology and the using method, studied the label attention points of the thermal transfer printing technology, forward the label application of thermal transfer printing technology.
