课程改革背景下体育教学范式的反思与重建——从“预成”到“生成”

摘　　要：课程改革的具体理念,最终要通过教学范式的转型与发展而实现。从人文视域下"人的生成性"这一视角,对传统体育教学中作为学生的"人"的生存样态以及教学的本质进行了检视,认为传统体育教学突出地体现了"预成式"的教学特征,扼制了体育教学的灵动性和创造性,窒息了学生的自由全面发展。要实现体育课程改革的突破与超越,体育教学必须走出"预成式"的教学困境,通过"路标式的教学内容"、"弹性化的教学设计"、"灵动性的教学实施"和"情景化的教学评价"等多维度转型,实现教学形态从"预成"到"生成"的范式转变。The curriculum reform concept is transformed and realized through teaching paradigm. The paper examines the survival state of students as human in traditional sports teaching and the nature of teaching viewed from the angle of generativity of human. The traditional sport teaching fully embodies the feature of preformation and restricts the creativity and flexibility of sports teaching and the free and comprehensive development of students. The sports teaching should abandon the preforrnation and transform to generativity through landmark style teaching content, flexible teaching design, flexible teaching performance and contextualized teaching evaluation.
