摘 要:随着大学生就业买方市场的形成,就业中的相貌歧视问题日益凸显。从审美与伦理的关系来看,相貌歧视是审美与伦理冲突的一种表现,也是后现代伦理审美化的结果。对于相貌歧视,目前无法通过立法消除。我们只有通过弘扬中华民族的传统审美文化,改变当前社会和用人单位对人才观念的误区,尽可能为求职者提供公平的就业环境;鼓励求职者树立信心,全面提高个人综合素质以增强就业竞争力。全社会应努力促进审美与伦理的和谐统一,确保人力资源的合理利用,维护社会的安定和谐。With the formation of buyer's market in college graduates' employment, the appearance discrimination problem has become more and more outstanding. Appearance discrimination in employment is not only the contradiction of aesthetics and ethics, but also the development of aesthetic ideas, which can not be prohibited through legislation. What we can do is that, on the one hand, we should promote the traditional Chinese aesthetic culture and change the employers' bias on the employees' appearance; on the other hand, we should encourage the employees to be confident and try their best to enhance the comprehensive quality, which can be called as the harmony of aesthetics and ethics. By doing this, we may provide a righteous employment environment and make sure the talents are made full used, which will also promote the harmony and stability of the society.
