摘　　要：在校企合作蓬勃发展的今天,许多学生在企业学习所呈现的与在校不同的积极状态让越来越多的教育者开始反思,这种情况的出现究其根源是由于基地教育的特性。本文分析了在企业和在学校学习的不同特点,并在此分析上提出了学校教学的一些行之有效的改进方法。With rapid development of school enterprise cooperation, it makes more and more educators to reflect that many stu- dents keep very positive learning state in enterprise unlike in school. It＇ s due to the particularities of the enterprise base. This paper analyzes the different characteristics of learning in enterprises and in school, and based on these, proposes some effective methods to improve the school teaching.
