高温射频消融结合化疗在治疗肺部肿瘤中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究高温射频消融(RFA)结合化疗在治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌以及肺转移瘤的临床效果。方法:选取60例非小细胞型肺癌及肺部转移癌患者,按照患者入院时间顺序将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例;治疗组行RFA结合化疗,对照组进行单纯化疗。观察两组患者肿瘤体积的变化、患者年生存率、肿瘤复发率及术后并发症。结果:治疗后3个月,治疗组肿瘤完全衰退(CR)5例(占16.7%),部分衰退(PRa)18例(占60.0%),部分轻微衰退(PRb)6例(占20.0%),无衰退(NR)1例(占3.3%),肿瘤体积大小改变显著好于对照组;治疗组患者12个月生存率为90.0%,显著高于对照组(66.7%);治疗组12个月肿瘤复发率为6.7%,显著低于对照组(26.7%);治疗组30例患者手术后无明显并发症。结论:RFA结合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌及肺部转移癌中临床效果明显。Objective： To research on the radio frequency ablation （RFA） combined with the clinical effect of chemotherapy in patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer and lung metastasis. Methods： From 2011 May to 2012 in our hospital 06 months 60 cases of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer and lung cancer patients, divided into radio frequency ablation（RFA） combined with chemotherapy group of 30 cases and a simple chemotherapy group 30 cases, referred to as the treatment group and the control group. To observe the change of tumor volume in patients with poor survival rate, years, tumor recurrence rate, and postoperative complications. Results： Three months after treatment intreatment group tumor recession（CR） in 5 cases（16.7%）, part of the recession（PRa） 18（60%）, partial mild recession（PRb） 6（20%）, no degradation（NR）, 1（3.3~/0）, tumor size change significantly better than the control group. The treatment group patients 12 months survival rate was 86.7%, higher than that of the control group（70%）. The treatment group of 12 months of tumor recurrence rate of 6.7%, lower than that of the control group（26.7%）. No obvious adverse complications of the treatment group of 30 patients after operation. Conclusion： Radiofrequency hyperthermia ablation combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer and metastatic lung cancer clinical effect is obvious.
