缓释氟尿嘧啶植入剂在乳腺癌综合治疗中的临床观察

摘　　要：研究缓释氟尿嘧啶植入剂应用于乳腺癌综合治疗的安全性、疗效及对预后的影响。将106例乳腺癌根治术患者随机分为观察组、对照组各53例。观察组在术中植入缓释氟尿嘧啶300mg^500mg,对照组不植入药物。随访结果,两组患者远处转移率及带瘤生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组局部复发例数低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后局部硬结发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌术中植入缓释氟尿嘧啶植入剂具有降低乳腺癌术后局部复发率的趋势,但其明显增加术区肉芽肿发生率,应谨慎使用。To investigate the safety curative effect and its influence on prognosis of fluorouracil sustained‐release implants was applied to the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer .The patients of modified radical mastectomy ,106 cases were randomly divided into observation group 53 cases and control group 53 cases .Observation group was implanted fluorouracil sustained‐release in intraoperative total 300mg to 500mg ,while the control group didn＇t .Follow‐up：local recurrence number of observation group was lower than the control group ,but the difference was the lack of statistical significance （P〉0 .05） .Incidence of patients with postoperative local induration observation group were higher than that of control group ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0 .05） .Sustained‐release fluorouracil intraoperative implantation of breast cancer has certain clinical curing effect to reduce postoperative local recurrence rate of breast cancer ,but it could increase the incidence of postoperative local granuloma .It should be used with caution .
