摘　　要：当前,我国高校研究生培养存在资源短缺、投入不足、重视不够、学生就业压力大等问题。高校应健全研究生培养机制,提高研究生培养的师资力量,优化研究生培养课程设计,引导研究生进行学业规划,加大研究生培养力度,有效提高研究生培养质量。At present, in Chinese postgraduate training there are the problems such as the shortage of resources, the inadequate fund, the inadequate attention and the employment pressure. The university should improve the post- graduate training mechanism, improve the teacher force of the postgraduate training, optimize the curriculum design of the postgraduate training, guide the postgraduate to plan his studies and strengthen the postgraduate training to effec- tively improve the quality of the postgraduate.
