基于人本主义课程观的财务管理专业课程改革

摘　　要：我国高等教育中存在的"功利主义"、"科学主义"等问题,暴露出现行的课程观已无法适应高等教育的发展。人本主义课程论应运而生,对课程体系的重新架构提出了新要求。财务管理专业课程体系改革应基于人本主义课程观,完善课程目标,结合社会需求设置课程,加大课程的前瞻性,将课程资源整合,实现课程体系的集成效应,同时在课程实施中提高学生的参与度,实施多元化评价模式。In the higher education of China, there exist such problems as ＂utilitarianism＂ and ＂scientism＂, whichhas revealed that the current curriculum idea can＇t adapt to the development of higher education. The emergence ofthe humanistic curriculum theory makes a new requirement for the restructure of curriculum system. The reform of thecurriculum system of financial management specialty should be based on the humanistic curriculum idea, improve thecurriculum goal, set up the curriculum in combination with social demand, increase the prospective evaluation of thecurriculum, integrate curriculum resources to realize the integrated effect of curriculum system, and meanwhile en-hance the participation of students in curriculum implementation to realize the diversification of evaluation model.
